Mad Basilisk

Mad Basilisk is a variant of Minerva Runner born in Universe 255. She is an anomalous specter who lives in a semi-symbiotic bond with her two companions, Mircea Basilisk (also known as Red Dragon, Red Head, Electro Warbringer) and Molotov Basilisk (also known as Pikadon, Blue Head, Punkch, Electro Painbringer) as one of three fragments that make up a single entity known as RGB.

She is also known across the universes as Plasma Science, Green Head, or Cruel Science.

Appearance

Mad Basilisk has a humanoid appearance, resembling a short woman, but has slightly translucent skin, a greenish blue color, and large bright eyes that half-hide behind the lenses of a pair of work glasses with colored lenses. Her hair is dark blue, with a light blue stripe that starts from the center of her forehead, and is cut relatively short, with a bang.

A part of her hair rises upwards forming what appear to be two horns, in a hairstyle typical of some cartoon characters of the 80s/90s, such as Wolverine or certain comic book villains. She seems to wear a tight red, black and white costume, but in reality this is part of her body.

She has distinctly carnivorous teeth, with large and sharp canines. She sometimes develops pharyngeal jaws (a "second set" of jaws contained in her throat), which allow her to hold objects (such as sticks or cigars) in her mouth while speaking, as well as to chew without moving the first and more apparent set of jaws.

Personality

Mad Basilisk is ruthless, driven almost exclusively by her scientific curiosity, and is willing to do anything to satisfy it.

Within the power triangle she is part of, she represents the allure of the unknown.

She speaks quickly, without much concern for whether her interlocutor understands her words or not, and tends to have a technical language. She is extremely optimistic and confident about the future.

Powers

Mad Basilisk is an extremely powerful specter, capable of moving at supersonic speed, of breaking a sheet of metal with a single punch, of snapping the strongest human bones with a single bite. She has very skilled hands, being able to tie and untie almost any knot, she can also sew with superhuman speed.

She can possess electronic objects without any difficulty, and absorb radiation to feed on it, or emit it to attack.

The materials around her tend to become more fragile, since the radioactive accumulation changes their chemical and physical composition and can make them lose the necessary characteristics of mechanical resistance, stability and durability over time.

She is a shapeshifter, but she rarely uses her power, compared to the other two spectres in the RGB trio, being fully satisfied with her natural form.

Her eyes, if looked at directly, without the lenses of the classic glasses that she always wears, can degrade the observer's sight, even leading to irreversible blindness if the contact has lasted too long.

Trivia

She has an IQ of over 300, but believes that IQ tests are completely useless and incapable of understanding the true extent of a person's intelligence.
She has a passion for BL or Boy Love, a genre of fictional fiction originating in Japan that depicts homoerotic relationships between male characters, but he only uses the term "yaoi" to refer to it.
