The Monarch is a ghost (oh well, specter) of love, and as such he's completely devoted to ensuring that his object of such a feeling gets everything they wants, against everything that could be an obstacle to their happiness.
Unfortunately for the rest of the world, the object of his love is the
Monarch himself.

Extremely variable. From 1,93 m to 3,60 m. Weight can have even wilder shifts, depending on the composition of his body.
Body type:
As a human: Well-proportioned, with a lean, athletic physique.
As a specter, before wearing ring and crown: Muscular, with very broad shoulders, long legs and arms, a semblance of elegance despite his imposing size
As a specter, after donning the ring and crown: Extremely muscular and heavy from the waist up, athletic from the waist down, with peculiarly short legs for his size. "Meaty" in appearance, moves like a bear.
Smells like:
Phosphorus, ozone (an "electric" smell), blood. Sometimes with an intense after-smell of plastic or burnt plastic.

Vladislav Avraam Korolkrovi, also known as the Blood King, is one of the most famous Ghost Monarchs, and the most infamous of the multidimensional "Vlads".
Huge, with a head that is perpetually "bleeding" (actually it is ectoplasmic fluid) due to the Crown that has tightened around his head, and a terrible temper, after wearing the objects of power Vlad has the unrecognizable appearance of a disproportionate monster.
His hands end in claws, his spine has elongated into a draconic tail, the energy in his body is too much to reside in a small container, which has led to an exponential growth in his size and in particular of his chest, which houses the enormous luminescent core.
